CIGAR BIO:
I started smoking cigars around 1995, at the age of 30, while spending a lot of time in the US on business trips. After a visit to cigar factories in the Dominican Republic in 1997, my brother and I thought that the people we met in the cigar business there were just about the greatest people we ever met, and based on that we decided to start importing cigars to Norway, in 1998. Since then cigars have been a part of both my work and my life. I smoke all kinds of hand rolled cigars, I love to explore tastes and try as much as possible, both for learning and pleasure. I have been fortunate enough to be elected member of the Cigar Journal blind tasting panel, a role I cherish and that helps broadening my cigar horizons! Since 2016 I have been organizing the Norwegian CSWC qualifiers, which brought with it lots of new friendships and fun, and I am looking forward to being part of this for a long time!
