The competition was held in a fair and gentlemanly atmosphere. The majority of the competitors finished in under 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even though last year's champion Toni Trajkov was in a commanding lead when that time came, most of the previous year's favorites dropped out. At the end of the competition, two female competitors will be among the top five. Aleksandra Teovska took fifth place in the race with a time of 1.16: 45. Marina Badarovska finished fourth with a time of 1.17: 45, which is a fantastic time for a first-time competitor.
