IT IS CONFIRMED - DREW EMCH IS COMPETING IN NAPLES, FLORIDA
One of the top competitors in the world has confirmed he’s going for another USA Championship title!

Drew Emch, the USA Champion of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, has confirmed his return to defend his title for a fifth consecutive year, following uncertainty regarding his participation in the 2026 USA CSWC Oliva season. If he succeeds, he will break the record currently held by one of the greatest names in CSWC history, Darren Cioffi, who secured the USA championship four times.

Drew and Darren are the only two American competitors in the 17-year history of the CSWC to have achieved a smoke time exceeding three hours. On the global stage, Drew’s best result was securing the title of Vice Champion of the World at the 2022 Grand Final.
His exceptional skill and talent for feeling the fire on the burning leaf, combined with his mastery of control, make him a perennial favorite for the world championship title.

The season in the USA has begun strongly with new faces emerging on the scene. Both from strongest USA slow smoking camp at moment - Apiary private club Omaha and Capital Cigar Lounge Lincoln Nebraska - Nvar, a highly motivated and talented young competitor, currently leads the USA with a time of 2:21:00. Following closely is Brooklyn, who has begun to make waves among the top smokers with a time of 1:47:00, proving that Drew is no longer a lone wolf in his pursuit of the USA title.
In a few days, the next slow-smoking race will take place in Naples, where we will discover if Drew is still riding the winning wave he has been surfing for the last few years.
