The 13th edition of Tallinn Cigar Weekend (August 16–17) once again confirmed its status as one of the most prestigious gatherings in Northern Europe.

The highlight was without a doubt the Slow Smoking Competition, where more than 40 participants battled in true CSWC spirit — patience, precision, and endurance.
This year, the event reached a new level of excitement as the new official Oliva CSWC competition cigar made its long-awaited debut in Tallinn. Competitors from seven countries joined the qualifier, eager to test themselves with the cigar that will decide the world champion later this month in Split, Croatia.

“The slow smoking competition is always the heart of our weekend, and this year’s debut of the new Oliva competition cigar made it especially exciting,” said Cigar Gentleman Lasse Öhman, Vice President of Tallinn Cigar Club. “It was a true test of endurance and technique — and the atmosphere was unforgettable.”

The weekend once again delivered what CSWC stands for worldwide: not just competition, but also camaraderie, laughter, and international friendship.
