Enjoy this historical list of individuals from all over the world who have all succeeded in winning the CSWC world because they are sharing one thing in common - they are the greatest, they are the World Champions.

At the beginning of 2026, and by leaving 2025 th behind - which was historic for CSWC for many reasons, it is good to remember all those who marked each year with their effort, their competitive but also champion spirit, and their victorious spirit. We can now say that CSWC has entered its 17th year. For this reason, we present the world champions leader-board, which is a list arranged by year and includes the names of the winners who, as we mentioned, made history.

It all began back in 2010 with the legendary Croatian champion Toni Stoilov, also known as Macanudo; the first world record holder, Marin Roncevic; the opening of the CSWC to the world; Russia's dominance of the CSWC; and the appearance of one of the biggest names in slow smoking history, American Darren Cioffi "the Champ" Additionally, there were a new players and, for the first time, repeat champions who have demonstrated that CSWC is a legitimate sport and a competition where only those with everything at the right time and place—a blend of skill and concentration, psychological fortitude and composure, tactics and strategy—win.
