Top 3  competitors with CSWC  organization team

After a successful first edition last year, organizer Dinny and judge Thomas could count on an even larger field of participants, which is not evident in a country like Belgium.
More and more people from all over the country know about the event, a car ride of more than 3 hours didn't stop some of them from being part of this beautiful event.

Everything was there to make it another beautiful day.
About 50 people signed up for the Smoking BBQ, 30 of them were eager to have a chance to win one of the many great prizes provided by the sponsors.
Good weather, a nice menu, a cigar bar and some refined spirits made for a fun and friendly atmosphere before the game began.

During the competition, all eyes were on last year's top 3 but it soon became clear that there were several people to consider. 13 participants went smoothly over the hour.
6 of them reached an hour and a half of which last year's winner, Anthony Baert was in the lead with newcomer Marco Pareijn. Nevertheless, Anthony started having problems, was the focus gone for a while or took he too much risk...? Last year's champion had to leave the table with a time of 1h37m26s, certainly not bad but given the remaining length of his cigar, a time above 2h was certainly achievable.
Then immediately the top 3 of this edition was also known, only the order had yet to be determined, but this soon followed.
The 3rd place was for Steven Wouters with a time of 1h38m22, the 2nd place was for Olivier Vandemaele with 1h41m08s.

Belgium team  are already looking forward to the next edition in 2024 but first and foremost we hope to repeat this fine performance and perhaps an even better one in Split.
At this moment the Belgian organization is signing up 5 people to make it a splashing weekend during the first weekend of September, and of course to support great CSWC organisation!
Dinny, Amelie & Thomas want to thank the main organization and the numerous sponsors for all their support, thanks to them 50 people could enjoy a nice event.
