Slow smoking drama and an unexpected outcome characterized the CSWC Denmark/Sweden. Despite the fact that all eyes were drawn to this CSWC qualification round due to the big names and some of the best world slowsmokers who was participated there, the outcome was a huge surprise and proof that CSW is a sport in which anything can happen. Also, the CSWC in Copenhagen was unique in that it included qualifications for two countries - Denmark and Sweden - in the same location.

50 competitors, three judges, top smokers, and unexpected results - that is the CSWC's charm and excitement, in my opinion. It keeps you focused until the very last second, and until the very last second, all possibilities are open. - Marko Bilic, CSWC Founder

LEGENDS - CSWCJudges in Copenhagen

The competition itself was exciting, even if the results for some of the top smokers were unexpectedly low. The first major surprise was that World Champion Henrik Kristensoon was unable to attend due to personal obligations. The second surprise was that Igor Kovacic, the "Swedish Tiger," who holds the world record and started the season with great training results, was out after only 1 hour and 15 minutes. The second surprise was that Nick Shwanley, the Danish Champion in 2021, was better than any other competitor until his cigars unexpectedly lost fire. The good news was for Mikael Zander, who managed to do a huge thing and defend his Swedish Champion title, but overall he burned the ring and finished in 7th place. However, the true winners of this CSWC round were Danish smokers led by three-time Danish Champion Michael Iversen who again took title of Danish Champion. Pern Ernholm, the legend, took second place. Michael Rasmussen came in third place. The all-in-one cSWC in Copenhagen was full of surprises and the presence of many CSWC legends and supporters made it even more special
